2013 Quilt Show
August 6 – 31

 Dear Guild Members,

It’s that time again; this year will mark our 21st annual show!  We had such great participation last year and super feed-back, the quilts were great!

As usual, our show will be held at:

The Western Park Museum, 302 East 200 South
Bring your quilts Monday, August 5th at 9:00am
You can pick them up Tuesday, September 3rd at 9:00am

If you can’t make it, please make arrangements for a friend to take quilts to or pick up from the museum.

We will also need a few helpers to hang quilts, so if you are able to stay, that would be great!

Challenge Quilt Entries

For those of you that are doing the Log Cabin challenge, please personally give these to Natalie on that Monday morning the 5th in a black garbage bag.  Let her know they are for the challenge so she can keep them from the other entries.  Please have a label with your name on the back of the quilt.

A Few Rules

All entries must be machine or hand quilted.  No tied quilts.
Entrants must be Quilters on the Edge guild members.
Entries must have a label on the back of the quilt.
All quilts must have an entry form filled out and pinned to the front of each quilt submitted.  The form will be at the end of this letter, fell free to copy as many as you need.  There will also be some at the museum that morning.

To All Members

Please remember to come and vote on the challenge quilts before the end of the show.  The museum will have ballots for these at the front desk, let them know you are a member and you need to vote for the challenge quilts.  Winners will be announced at the President’s Tea and prizes will be awarded.
