March Newsletter

Here is the newsletter for March. The Block of the Month for April is called Amish Dahlia located at http://quilterscache.com/A/AmishDahliaBlock.html Linda is doing a modification to the block by making the flower petals 3D. Where it tells you to cut 8 petal shapes, you are going to cut 16 and sew them in 8 pairs RST (right sides together) Then turn and press each petal. Hand gather the bottom of each petal. You will be sewing only the base of each petal in place leaving most of the petal loose for dimension.
